In the past getting a home loan from a bank seemed like it was hard to get help and that I was more of problem than a customer. CMG and Aric wanted my business, they were very upfront about it and grateful to have it. Aric was available to help me via phone, email and text. He answered questions over the weekend and after working hours. The best thing was I didn't ever have to wait for a reply, he was getting back to my texts and emails within minutes. The approval process was quick, simple and easy. The secure upload for getting documents to CMG works great and saves a lot of time not having to drop off documents across town. The whole loan process was just so easy, I can't get over it. Overall the service from CMG and Aric was amazing! I don't plan on needing a home loan again for a few years but I hope Aric will still be with CMG when I do.

Aric is a self proclaimed "numbers guy", and he seemed to really enjoy running through different scenarios to determine what was the most cost effective combination of terms and payments. I made a change to my down payment halfway through the closing period and he was able to get that done the same day. He seemed to have a very good sense of what the financial markets were doing and how that would affect mortgage interest rates. Highly recommend especially if you enjoy getting into the details of your loan.
