Aric is devoted to helping his customers through the entire loan process. We went into CMG not knowing what to expect and left confident that we were getting the best customer service available. In the past getting a home loan from a bank seemed like it was hard to get help and that I was more of problem than a customer. CMG and Aric wanted my business, they were very upfront about it and grateful to have it. Aric was available to help me via phone, email and text. He answered questions over the weekend and after working hours. The best thing was I didn't ever have to wait for a reply, he was getting back to my texts and emails within minutes. The approval process was quick, simple and easy. The secure upload for getting documents to CMG works great and saves a lot of time not having to drop off documents across town. The whole loan process was just so easy, I can't get over it. Overall the service from CMG and Aric was amazing! I don't plan on needing a home loan again for a few years but I hope Aric will still be with CMG when I do.

Aric is a self proclaimed "numbers guy", and he seemed to really enjoy running through different scenarios to determine what was the most cost effective combination of terms and payments. I made a change to my down payment halfway through the closing period and he was able to get that done the same day. He seemed to have a very good sense of what the financial markets were doing and how that would affect mortgage interest rates. Highly recommend especially if you enjoy getting into the details of your loan.

Aric was amazing!! We had a 60 day closing and Aric walked us through the whole process with a teachers patience and attention to detail. I don't think I could ever find enough good things to say about Aric and his team at CMG. As a Veteran and a first time home buyer I couldn't of asked for a better experience that has lasted even after closing on my home. I at first was recommended to a different financial institution that I will not name. I spent around 3 months only for them to give up on me and tell me that I wouldn't be approved for what I was looking for while going to school on the GI bill and working just shy of full time. My realtor at the time sent me Aric's information and that day we talked, Aric was already planning and looking at several different ways to get me where I wanted to be. Only a month or so after meeting with him he had gave me advice on how to boost my credit score to help me out, he made all of the paperwork straight forward while making it easy to understand and at the end of the day got me approved for what I needed. He answered what seemed like a million of my questions and a few months later I was closing on my house. He even sweetened the deal with a bottle of private stock rum knowing rum was my favorite.
