Sarah Pichardo helps her clients build their wealth by providing residential mortgage loan solutions through Purchases and Refinances. As a Senior Vice President with CMG Home Loans, Sarah prides herself in her ability to work effectively with a diverse group of clients- from the savviest buyer making a multi-million dollar purchase, to the First Time homebuyer experiencing the American dream of homeownership for the first time, Sarah is able to provide the mortgage program that best fits each client’s needs. In addition to traditional mortgage products, clients can also count on Sarah for specialty products such as the Doctor. Loan, VA (Veterans Loans), Construction to Permanent Financing, Bridge Loans, FHA, Portfolio Lending, Jumbo loan options and VH (Virginia Housing) programs. First Time Homebuyers have special financing options through VH which offer up to 100% financing, Mortgage Credit Certificates, Down Payment Assistance or Grant programs which currently offer FREE MONEY towards the down payment for eligible first time homebuyers in Virginia, CMG Home Loans offer a wide range of programs available on the market today. Sarah attended Cornell University, lived abroad and became a residential mortgage loan officer in 2003. By 2007 she was a top producing Sr. Loan Officer. Sarah’s rapid rise to success can be attributed in part to her intense work ethic and dedication to her clients. Her extensive knowledge of residential mortgage programs resulted in more than $86,000,000 personal closed mortgage production volume in 2021. She also holds the distinction of being a top producing loan officer for the 1st time home buyer program provided by the VH since 2006.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
