Nathan is the gladiator you want for your home lending experience. I use the term gladiator, because that was what he was for me during the underwriting phase. The underwriting phase can be very brutal and lengthy. It held up the initial closing date. This guy fought for me to get my home. It was touch and go due to an incident from the past which almost derailed my dreams. Nathan is resourceful and smart. As with any lending situation, there are hurdles to jump. Nathan took point and was a great buffer between us and the lending officers. This was much needed as multiple items needed to be checked off someone's list and others seemed abrasive.
