I think Micheal did a very good job! I also feel that I had to supply CMG with multiple iterations of the same document on several occasions. it would be beneficial to supply the client with a checklist of required documents. Also on the final check, I emailed the reviewer a document several times and requested a acknowledgement that the necessary document (which was supplied on several previous occasions) would fulfill the request - never heard back and had to resubmit locally.
