After requesting a rate quote from J. G. Wentworth online on a Saturday, I was blown away when Mark Scarlett responded that same day with the rate and the closing cost. Mark said that if we submitted an application that weekend, he could lock in the rate for 45 days. While most Lenders typically require borrowers provide numerous documents for the underwriter's review, Mark knows what documents are critical and minimized what we needed to submit. We closed in just under 30 days.

I wanted someone that would get my loan done quickly and efficiently and Mark did that. He moved the process along very quickly. Every time I sent him documents that were needed, he got them to the group at JGW that needed them and we moved to the next step.
