A few years ago, I was searching for our first home and the bank I was working with was very difficult, and stressful I decided to stop my search. One day I was talking to a friend who recently purchased a house and provided me with Juan Cerda's information. I remember when she told me " You won't regret this"....Boy! she was right!!! I called Juan Cerda and made an appointment with him. Juan was so well informed with all the new changes in the marketplace, explained the process, and even suggested a good realtor. What I loved about the process is that Juan was available until the very end of the purchase. He was so patient with all my questions, crazy call hours, always in great mood ,and the team that he selected to work with me was phenomenal.
