Jourdan is nothing short of amazing, and I consider myself a pretty critical person. Customer Service matters to me as well as being knowledgable and she has both ten times over. I am, by all means, not an expert in home buying. With my previous purchase, I went through the motions and didn't understand a fraction of what was happening. This time around, Jourdan took the time to answer my questions in a thoughtful laid out way and made me feel like all my questions were good questions. From the get go she was extremely thorough and and detailed in educating me about the process and all steps involved.
