Josh the “Mortgage Maineiac” is passionate about loans! He has invested the last 20+ years serving clients all over the country. Having worked at various types of lending institutions; mortgage companies, brokerages and most recently as the AVP of Mortgage Origination at a large Federal Credit Union, he brings a unique perspective to the mortgage origination process. His clients know him for his exceptional ability to successfully articulate and formulate the best loan solution for the customers’ specific circumstance.
His passion to assist customers make great financial and lending decisions is something he takes to heart. For many purchasing a home can be one of largest investments they make in life and as a trusted advisor in the industry, Josh is someone who has the experience to walk with you through each step of the mortgage process making it as seamless as possible. Josh, his wife Jennifer, their teenage daughter Alaina and their English Bull Dog Khloe live on the Southern Coast of Maine, where they are living their best life - Josh’s goal is to help you live yours!

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
