He walked us through every step of our experience, explained in detail when answering any of our questions and even reached out to us after our close to congratulate us and follow up if we had anymore questions or concerns. Josh approached every aspect professionally, but with a friendly demeanor. Would definitely recommend, and use him again, he made this stressful process so much easier.

I was selling a home in another state to finance moving here and he worked with my situation and was able to coordinate the finances from that sale to my buying here. He also understood the stress I was going through as I encountered problems with the selling of my old house and was able to adjust what was happening here and smooth things out. When it came down to the numbers and explanations of what everything meant and how it would affect me now and long term. Josh did a great job at going through everything with me and breaking it down.
