Everything I needed, every step was explained and guided, not just via papers but he read through each essential points through Zoom and used verbiage that I could understand. He did this throughout using any tools effective to my situation. I travel for work and he carved time outside of normal working hours to talk to me. His sense of urgency is as best as it gets! This could be a reply to a question I had via text in the middle of the night and he would reply. He pays great attention to details, remembering important dates for his clients not just for work but also as a human.
