My Philosophy
Joseph Proia is an experienced mortgage professional who's been helping his borrowers reach their homeownership goals for almost two decades. Being solution-oriented, he offers homeowners and buyers diverse loan solutions to fit their unique needs. Needs such as:

Years in the industry means that Joseph can assist with any homebuying situation. His extensive experience in the mortgage industry, backed by a background in business administration, enables him to skillfully navigate any homebuying situation to a stress-free close. Joseph's approach to carefully understanding every client's unique position allows him to deliver a smooth loan approval experience to all his clients. Having served as branch manager and president in mortgage companies, he knows that providing a positive experience is not only good for business, but the right thing to do.
When Joseph isn't working with customers, he's either hiking, skiing or planning road trips with his wife and two boys. He also contributes to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as a member of the board of directors. Joseph enjoys serving his community both personally and professionally by helping customers finance their short and long-term goals.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
