His attitude was amazing, he was informative and responsive. The only thing we agree on that could use improvement seems to be just part of the territory, but worth mentioning; As you go through the process, the reality needs to be conveyed in a way that is clear. I mean, ours went relatively quick but the whole time (until we had a signing appointment) we had no idea if it was actually going to happen or not. There was steps along the way where we thought for sure it was done and kept needing more. I understand this seems to be normal but honesty on what it really means, and likelihood of actually getting the place would be amazing. We really didn’t believe or know we even were going to end up with the house until we got the keys. As first time home buyers, it’s all new to us, and not you.
