Glen was amazing. We had a fairly unique and difficult loan situation. Glen handled it with detail and care. The communication was great. If there was something we needed he was just a phone call away and was able to get back to us very quickly (even on weekends). He had extended knowledge, explained details and technicals in a manner that we could understand and was very detail oriented. We really appreciated how personable, understanding and caring he was. I wouldn't want a loan from any other lender!

I've worked with Glen on multiple sales now and have been extremely satisfied with his customer support. He was almost always available or if not, was almost immediately after. He works hard, is timely and very organized. He had good recommendations for outside resources needed. He made sure that we got the best pricing and any grants that we qualified for. During our first purchase, I felt like we were in good hands and then when the time came and we had the house we wanted he was readily available and worked quickly which eliminated a lot of stress for us, so when the second time came around we were confident that this would be the case and it was.
