From the onset of initiating pre-approval, able to apply while my wife drove, to the couple days before settlement, Dwayne looked out for us. There were some challenges with the underwriters, but his team, along with Cameron H, helped solidify the closing. Unfortunately, interest rates aren't what they used to be, but he explained options and what we can do moving forward.
