When Bruce tells you he and his team are available 24/7, he is not kidding! We have been working with Bruce since May 2016, when we first tried to sell our home and move. Bruce was extremely fast to run our credit reports and history and get us pre-approvals for offers we made on homes. The housing market kept us at bay for over a year! Bruce was always there, occasionally checking in to see how the sale of our home was going, and letting us know he was still around when it was time to look for a mortgage. Over the last 1.5 year, I learned that Bruce is trustworthy, and dependable, and always available by phone and email. When we finally found our forever home, I called him and we met later that day to submit the paperwork to apply for a mortgage. The process to obtain a mortgage approval was lightning fast, and cannot be beat by any big bank. The personal customer service was amazing, as each individual from Meadowbrook that was involved in different portions of my mortgage were SO friendly, and seemed so vested in obtaining my mortgage for me! Home buying is one of the highest stress events in life and I promise that if you work with Bruce, the mortgage process will be the easiest part of your home buying experience! Will be recommending him to all of my friends and family!

It's been about a month and a half since we moved into our very own first home. I want to take the time to just THANK Bruce and his staff for working with us and helping us get approved when everyone else denied us. You directed us in the right direction when our credit score wasn't quite where it needed to be but within 6-7 weeks after following the suggestions made we were finally preapproved and finally approved for the Home Loan. I am so forever grateful for Bruce and his amazing staff. I don't know how many times I called and called with a thousand questions and they always answered and got back to me patiently and professionally. We put an offer in May 15th and by June 27th we were in our new home. We are blessed and so thankful for everything. I got a good vibe right from the begin working with Bruce and his team. I closed on my home in record time, couldn't have been happier. The whole paper process was really easy and fast, everything went really smooth. Any time I reached out to Bruce or his staff with questions they got right back to me to keep everything moving forward quickly.
