We had to deal with the purchase of a home remotely and with a 14 hour time difference. Arle was incredibly easy to communicate with and over the course of several offers on multiple homes, he worked diligently to keep us in the loop on ever changing interest rates and the best way to lock in at the appropriate times. He included top 3 options for each scenario with simple breakdowns of where our money was going and how that allowed us to select the option that made the most sense for our situation.
