As a seasoned mortgage professional, my goal is to help make the home mortgage process as easy as possible. I have been in the industry now for over 20 years. In that time, I've worked for a few small brokerages, a fortune 500 builder as their preferred lender, several top retail lenders in the country and now running my own branch with CMG Home Loans. My diverse background with the distinct types of companies has served me well in gaining industry knowledge and experience. This allows me to work in two capacities: building and growing this branch with incredible talent as well as assist my clients in finding the best options for their situation. My mission is to always provide excellent communication and a high level of customer service and satisfaction! I am well-versed in many home loan programs including first-time homebuyer loans, down payment assistance and grants, FHA, VA, USDA, conventional loans, as well as non-conforming, jumbo and non-QM programs. I am also a specialist in renovation and construction loans which is rare in the industry. Currently, I am licensed to originate loans in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia, with a concentration in the Maryland counties of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's, Prince George's, Baltimore/Baltimore City, Cecil, Harford, Queen Anne, Caroline, Kent, Dorchester, and Talbot. Whether you are purchasing your dream home, performing home renovations, building a rental portfolio, refinancing an outstanding loan, or consolidating debt, I can help you find the right loan program at a low rate no matter what your needs are. On the personal side, I attended the University of Maryland - GO TERPS! - and grew up primarily in beautiful Southern Maryland. Prior to that I had the luxury of living all over the country (and world) being the son of a Naval Officer. I currently live down here with my wife and two sons. When I'm not working or spending time with my family, you will probably find me in my yard, helping coach my son's baseball teams, on the golf course or at a local sporting event.
