I am a responsive hard working knowledgeable and no-nonsense mortgage expert! I will do what is needed for my clients and business partners to help acquire the dream of property ownership and help plan action steps based on your specific needs. I hold an associates degree in business, I have a certification for mortgage planning and have 25 years hands on experience in the mortgage business helping families and investors acquire property ownership. My knowledge of mortgage guidelines and income qualifications is vast and covers FHA Loans, Veterans Loans, USDA Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Conventional Loans, Property Rehab Loans for Home owners and Investors, and Non QM Loans for Investors. Lastly, I have completed Several Real Estate Courses and understand Real Estate and property laws and regulations. Community
Habitat for Humanity participation and donations. I am part of my Local Rotarian club helping people in need with education, business and property ownership. Donations to the Salvation Army and Red Cross.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
