Tyler and his whole team were amazing. For my husband and I who were first-time home-buyers, there was a LOT we did not know up front and basically felt like we had to learn a whole new language throughout the process. We initially talked to a different broker, but it felt like he didn't give us the time of day. With Tyler, it was like night and day. He and his team were always extremely responsive, explained everything to us (about a million different ways and times), sent over a lot of varying contract worksheets to help us finance appropriately for US, and worked with us through some tricky situations toward the end of closing. Shoutout to his whole team especially Brooke, Brianne, and Cameron. We will definitely work with Tyler and his team again when we choose to sell.
