I know my situation was a challenge. I was moving from out of state to new construction with changes during the process. I also financed additional renovations along with my mortgage. Tom was very pleasant and helpful during stressful times. I do feel he went above and beyond to join 2 loans for me into 1 payment. I wish the closing process wasn't so "last minute". Many details aren't known until the day before or even the morning of closing which can be very stressful for buyers (especially those moving entire families 4 states away). As buyers we must "immediately respond" to many documents and information requests but as the lenders they can take quit some time to get answers. BUT I do feel that to be typical for the industry and not a reflection of Tom or his team. All in all they were fantastic and there is nothing easy about moving or buying houses. They were very pleasant and supportive through everything. Thank you!
