I worked with Ryan to by my condo two years ago. Before even getting started he gave me a detailed overview of what I can expect to be getting for the money I wanted to spend, tax benefits, buying a single family home versus condo, mortgage rates, etc. He emailed it to me and had a recording of him talking me through it so it was easy to follow for a novice like myself. He is very laid back, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. He was great about sending out new loan award letters within hours for every offer I submitted as well as talking me through any hick-ups in the approval process so I didn't panic. He is awesome! Ryan was awesome! We purchased a Short Sale property and there were, to put it lightly, some "issues" with the seller that were really reeking havoc with our purchase! We ended up having to jump through many hoops to make this happen, and Ryan was right there providing the hoops through which we could jump! He gave us hope when we were ready to call it off. In the end, it was all of Ryan's efforts (as well as our agent, Jeff Sievers!) that made this sale happen! We honestly think that if it weren't for all his diligence, we would not currently be in our dream home!
