As a new homebuyer and now homeowner, I was extremely nervous and hyper-stressed about the whole home buying process. However, Becky (Rebecca) provided me with updates, reassurance, and knowledge that helped to put my mind at complete ease. Rebecca helped to walk me through the process of acquiring a bridge loan to purchase the house I wanted. I was then able to fix up the house I was selling and once that was sold, the mortgage was already set up and ready to go with minimal effort on my part. I have another property we are planning to sell this summer and once that is sold, Rebecca informed me that I will be able to re-cast my current mortgage and put that equity into it so that I can lower my house payment, or if mortgage rates go lower, I can re-finance without having to start the loan process all over again, minimizing my costs and time in order to do this. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the processes that needed to happen in order for me to get my 'house of houses. 'I appreciate her kindness through all of this and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone to help walk them through a mortgage so that they can purchase their 'house of houses!'
