Great experience

Paola was very helpful and friendly. She made my first time home buyer process so simple. I am so grateful that I had her help through this process.

I remember the lowest part of the process was when I was transitioning in the military and didn't have any source of income. Paola encouraged me to reach out to her as soon as my situation changed and we would start the process again. This was after months of searching and many offers. It felt like I was defeated and Paola calmly and professionally explained what my options were. I can't imagine it was easy to have to provide bad news but she was extremely helpful. I reached back out to her once I had secured the position and income required to house hunt again and from there after more searching and offers we secured one!
