When I can separate the work Michaela did from the requirements of the underwriters, I would rate her extremely high. She's responsive and very diligent about making sure everything is submitted and taken care of. Her communication is top notch and I always knew exactly where we were in the process. However, my experience during this process has been jaded by the choice of underwriter. The underwriter was very unorganized, requiring us to repeatedly respond to request after request after request and significantly extending the process. My wife and I have done several mortgages and refinances with Kiel (CMG Financial) and have always been beyond satisfied. I would suggest that CMG drop the underwriter and keep their satisfied customers.
