As small business owners we are not the "A typical mortgage couple", we cannot be looked at "by snap shot of the numbers" alone; and historically financing of any kind has been a challenge for us and something I cringe about when the topic comes up. Thus, when it became clear it was absolutely time to jump off the cliff and buy that second home here in the desert trepidatious did not come close to describing how I felt about it and finding a lender/mortgage company that would work with us and have it go smoothly and in the time frame we needed (quickly) was not something I was confident we would find. Our wonderful and amazing realtor suggested Micaiah to my husband. To say Micaiah exceeded my expectations isn't really even a fair statement, I went in to this having zero expectations -- in fact, my position was that he needed to prove me wrong, because my experience told me this was not going to be easy or quick. And, we had a deadline and I have a family that needs a place to land (me: arms crossed, tapping foot). Micaiah and his team were diligent, they were thorough, knowledgeable and dedicated to not only seeing this loan through to the end but making sure we got the best deal possible and that we were happy. I am absolutely thrilled with the experience we have had with this home purchase process; from finding the house right down to closing. Micaiah has continued to stay in touch even after the ink was dry and the keys had been delivered. Hands down the best (residential) lending experience we have ever had. Thank you so much!
