Matt and the team at CMG go the extra mile in terms of service. Every question was answered within minutes at any time of day or evening. My realtor recommended CMG to me when I told him I would probably just go with my bank. He advised me, since we were wanting to close as quickly as possible, Matt would probably be a better choice. We would be needing someone that we could communicate with after hours and that would answer quickly. He was absolutely correct. First, the CMG app is easy to navigate and lets you know where you are in the process, what’s the next step, and what you can expect. Every member of the team communicated their needs to stay on time and closed earlier than anticipated. I’m sure Matt had other clients, but Matt was able to make it seem like I was his only one!! 9-5 banks are not going to give you this kind of service.
