There is no way I can possibly adequately express in words how incredible Marla Cody was and is! I have said this to her many times in our communication - "If it wasn't for you, I really don't think this would have happened." I had an unfortunate experience with another lender just prior to meeting with Marla and I was close to not going through with the purchase of my home due to this experience. Something inside of me said 'give it one more try.' So so so glad I did. I have purchased many homes previously, never ever have I had the incredible red carpet experience as I had with Marla.
