Kristina got us from APPLICATION TO CLEARED TO CLOSE IN 7 DAYS!!!!! Here’s the story: It was 8 business days before closing and we couldn’t get any answers from our lender about if our loan had been underwritten yet or not. We were pre-approved months before & delivered a signed sales contract and updated income and asset docs on the 2nd of the month with closing on the 29th. A tight turn around but doable. With only 8 days left and no idea what stage our application was in, how were we going to get financing in place in time for closing? I called a friend to find out if she had contacts in underwriting there and could get info on where our loan was. She said she would try, and told me her daughter was now a loan officer and I should give her a call. We talked and Kristina told me she could get it done in time for the scheduled closing date!! So we took the plunge, applied and uploaded all docs on a Tuesday night, the 19th about 9pm. By Thursday, the 28th at 10am, we were CLEARED TO CLOSE!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Now she is my go to lender, 100%!! The company has an app showing where your application is in the process at all times. We received lots of update emails as well communicating what stage we were in and what additional docs or info was needed. Her whole team was prompt in answering any question we had and helping us to stay calm during the stress to get to the closing table. Just a really great experience all around and restored my confidence in what a lender can really be and do for families! So very grateful! Thank you Kristina!
