I’m an investor who does fix n flips and whenever I have someone interested in any project I’m working on I always have them go through Jenn to get pre-qualified no matter who they might already be working with to verify the buyer(s) actually qualify and most of the time because of her professionalism some buyers end up feeling more comfortable and proceeding to go through on the loan with her specifically.
