Jason was recommended to me when I purchased my house in Madisonville,tn. I recently sold that house and my realtor found me another house in Maryville,tn. There was no question in my mind to use Jason Payne again to work out all the financial details on this new home for me! He is professional, trust worthy, friendly and polite and kept me abreast with how things were shaping up. All the legal needs and paper work required were exhausting sometimes and some were required last minute. There were many times we were not going to “close “ on date we had set. Everything went as smoothly as expected from him. When we finally met for the first time I was comfortable and we found out about people we both knew and had attended the small high school. I chose Jason out of 3-4 CMG agents simply because of his offices proximity to me. The loan that l applied for was CMG’s All-In-One loan. It’s a very unique product and the criteria for it is much different than a conventional mortgage loan. Thus the time involved in acquiring it is longer. I began to get frustrated because of the extra information and length of time it was taking, but Jason was very patient with me. I spoke to him after hours AND on weekends which was very impressive and helpful. This wasn’t just me contacting him. He would also contact me after hours, sometimes pretty late to give me info. Since it is an odd type of loan, we both were learning along the way. Jason had done these loans before, but some of the requirements had changed. I’ve grown a relationship with Jason to the point that he is now working on a construction loan for me. After that, we’ll do a third loan for the conversion of my construction loan into another All-In-One. As a matter of fact, the title company that l used also spoke highly of him. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do a mortgage loan.
