This is the second loan that I’ve done with this company. I worked directly with Oomai Sunia for a second time. She was exceptional in everything that she did. She came up with creative financing solutions so I was able to complete a buyout refinance to purchase my family home. Other lenders could not even fathom this. Nor could they make the numbers work in my favor. She took every detail into account and was able to get my loan approved, funded and closed. Even with the fires in California. She even helped me find an insurance broker to get insurance on the house. I highly recommend CMG financial and their mortgage team! Honestly there are so many lenders I can work with, they might have better RATE than Homebridge. However Jamelie has the BEST knowledge in the area. She will explain the loan process to the details that makes me feel confident to choose Homebridge. Her assistant Oomai is also wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
