Harrison did an amazing job assisting with the sale of our home! We were on the market from the end of August until December 29th. We had lowered the price and still weren't seeing the action we needed to get this home sold in time for our new build. Something that was a big issue with people viewing... rates were just too high for them to feel comfortable! Within two weeks, traffic of the listing picked up and we scheduled a showing for the 23rd of December. The buyers saw the 5.99% rate that we were offering and wanted to schedule a showing, they fell in love with the home, but realized that the low rate was only available on a primary home and their plans were to purchase it as a second home. They went to another lender first who couldn't offer them as good of a deal as Harrison and he was able to help guide them to a PLS loan for second home buyers! All in all the List & Lock AND the help of Harrison helped sell our home and get it off the market after months of it sitting! We are thrilled with his service, working this out on a weekend for us all and we are on our way to the closing table to sell this home! We were building a new home and started the process with Harrison well over a year before to get prequalified. The process of building was extended due to Covid related shut downs, shortages & slim labor pool. The customer service was phenomenal and very timely. The communication on loan questions was amazing, through and multi-faceted . The email communication on requirements and needs was literally perfect. Their was a bit of lacking and disconnect surrounding official closing times and dates. I attribute to this being because they work so swiftly that there is no hard date when they commit to closing, the date is ASAP. We closed a week earlier than anticipated. I have never worked with a team so effective and efficient. It actually makes me want to go through the grueling process again with them. I will forever use them for all my property needs moving forward.
