Amanda Sikhanthat is the person who helped me the most throughout the process. David helped me with authorizing the transactions. Dave Roline and his assistant, Amanda, were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the home buying process. He was incredibly caring, responsive, and knowledgeable. He was sensitive to my packed WFH meeting schedule and made time to connect at times most convenient for me, which I really appreciated. I honestly wouldn't have considered Homebridge at all, if not for my initial phone conversations with Dave. He set the standard of expectations for competency and communication; pretty much every other lender we spoke with after him didn't even come close! Of course it didn't hurt that he was able to move quickly and secure the best rate for us out of all the lenders we were looking at. As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous to be undertaking this process without an agent, we did FSBO. But working with Dave made it so incredibly simple and easy. I would work with him again at any time. I really can't recommend Team Roline enough!
