First, I would like to say that this refi- experience was nothing short of "spectacular". Weekly, even sometimes daily updates kept me on the up and up with this bit of a tricky refi. Time was not on our side but Darren and team were "rockstars". This team of experienced professionals kept me in line from start to finish. A stone was not left unturned, and all i's were dotted and T's crossed as the "A Team" took over. He determined why my first refi- effort was denied by another company (within 24 hrs of my new Refi request with CMG) when not even that company could specifically tell me. The overwhelming support made this Refi pretty pain free. I was led down the easy path from the signatures to the underwriting, then to the closing. Even when there were additional forms needed towards the end, their estimated close date did not change as they stayed on top of this for me as long as I sent them the materials they asked for in a timely manner. i just have to say that this experience made me realize that people do care about people in "crunch time" and I would recommend this team in a heartbeat.
