Craig did a great job on most of the process. We were very pleased with the rate and communication. The only issue was on closing day the mortgage changed and included escrow and insurance even though we were told we could do escrow and insurance ourselves. We specifically asked for this and it was very fursturating. We also wired exactly what craig asked us to, but then was somehow short ten dollars at closing. Everything else was great.
