Chris Smith came highly recommended 20+ years ago and has flawlessly handled refinancing needs for me over the years, but never a new home purchase. My experience having Chris as my lender was absolutely excellent. There is little I understand about the home buying process and he was always able to answer all my questions in a way I understood. He went out of his way to ensure my closing date allowed me to not have a rent payment and 1st mortgage payment in the same month. I plan to utilize his help when the time comes to refinance my home. Overall, an excellent experience and I highly recommend him!
