Chris is a great loan officer to deal with! I know he deals with people like me on a regular basis. Yet, there is difference between me and them! I keep records for myself so I know what needs to be paid. These records aren't so easy to email, drop paperwork off or explain. I thought with my credit score being 800. The money for the down-payment and closing costs I had. And an employment history. That's l I'd need! Correction! I thought that's all I need. Boy was I wrong. Chris helped me out to no end.
