I was real pleased with CMG. This was my time buying a home. I was somewhat familiar with the process from having friends and family who had purchased homes in the past. But it’s totally different when it’s you doing it. I had to make a few changes through out the process which became stressful but Shaun was really patient with me. They work quick, I had to make sure I kept up. But they got everything done and approved right on time. I definitely will be referring family and friends to them and more than likely be using them here in the very near future for secondary and/or investment properties. But for right now, I’m enjoying my new home!
