My loan process went great, everything went smoothly. Carrie was very prompt with handling my loan process. I was happy with that part. The day of my closing was stressful and I'm still dealing with the issues they're having as I type this review. I'm very disappointed that I was allowed to sign off on my home and was given the keys, but I'm not allowed to move in, which I was informed about yesterday after I had started to move into the home already. Very unhappy with this because it's not fair to me!
