I recently worked with Carlos Giraldo and his team to buy my first home. Buying a first house is exciting and scary at the same time. Carlos and his team took the time to explain everything since the beginning and were quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Truthfully, it is pretty awesome that he speaks English and Spanish fluently because he was able to answer all of my parents questions too for my loan and it helped me not have to worry about explaining it to them and translating. Carlos and his entire team were kind and courteous towards me and my family every single time. No question was a dumb question and for a first time buyer this matters a lot. Thanks you! I will definitely recommend them and consider them again in the future.
