I've recommended Bruce to my buyer clients for many years. All with success and who were very pleased with him and Shamrock Financial. This is the 1st time I've personally used him to finance my property. The process took a long time as I was not quite qualified when I started and had to wait until filing the new years taxes in order to finally gain approval, but once the ball got rolling, everything was good. There was a mix up towards the end verifying both a business account I had control over along with getting updated information on a CD I had with another lender, but we all worked through it and got it done.
