I have been in the lending industry since 2005, working in many different roles. I have been a mortgage processor, closer, underwriter, assistant and now a licensed loan officer.
Biography
Brittany Chambliss has been in the real estate/mortgage industry for most of her working days, starting in 2003. She has exceptional customer service skills and provides a wide variety of knowledge and experience as she has been in this industry for many years. Brittany is very passionate about her work and wants the best for her clients. There is no greater joy than to be able to guide individuals and families through an important time in their lives. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions we make and is a huge investment and commitment. With that said, it is important to have someone on your side who has your best interest in mind, Brittany will make sure she is that person for you. Brittany loves client interaction and is passionate about making sure each client is placed with the best program that fits their needs and walks away with a smile. She is licensed in MA, ME, and NH, please contact her as she would love to help you buy a new home or refinance. When Brittany is not in the office, she LOVES spending time with her husband and daughter. In the summer you can find me out on Lake Winni with my family! I am a big believer in giving back to the communities! I have been a volunteer at a non-profit for the last 3 years, "Hope Kids". I am looking to get involved in local community work now that I have relocated to NH.

Their R.I.S.E. program (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment), builds specially adapted smart homes for America’s most severely wounded defenders, veterans, and first responders.
The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
