I've worked with a lot of mortgage professionals over the years and it was never a good experience. That changed when I started working with Brenen. He's very knowledgeable, transparent, responsive, and has a client first attitude. He actually puts in real work so I don't have to do as much. Our finances are complicated but he takes the time to understand what we're trying to do and what it will take to get it done. There are never any surprises that come out of left field at the 11th hour. I always know where we're at and any potential speed bumps are identified in the beginning so we have plenty of time to deal with them. I know he always has my best interest in mind and will work to get me the best rate and terms. Brenen is the best and I'm so happy to have found him!

Brenen is amazing to work with. He takes time to get to know you during the process and always has your best interest top of mind. He does a lot of the leg work and only asks for stuff that is 100% necessary to get the loan across the finish line. As someone who is very busy with complicated financials, I appreciate this so much!! He’s very up front, honest, and responsive which is also very important to me. I wouldn’t work with anyone else!
