Ms. Crabtree and her staff, hands down, did a phenomenal job! After several occasions of my wife and I attempting to lock in an investment property, we finally made a deal. CMG was with us the entire way, dating back over a year and multiple pre-approval letters. Ms. Crabtree responds quickly, even on a weekend and once while she was on vacation (I'm so sorry about that lol). Anyway, it goes to show their dedication and commitment to clients. Happy to report we closed and could not be more thrilled with their level of customer service, especially their attentiveness and explanation given my one million questions.
