As a first time homebuyer, Allen was a fantastic person to have in my corner! He was able to set me up with a loan on a new condo construction with low occupancy (where other lenders had minimum units sold restrictions and wouldn't finance my loan). He helped me navigate the process and referred me to real estate lawyers and insurance brokers that he trusted.
